National Programme Director – Rapid Uptake Products and MedTech Funding Mandate
Stuart has gathered research, innovation and improvement experience from working in academic research, sports governance, mobile phone product development and now healthcare innovation and improvement.
Stuart started working for South West Heath Innovation Network in 2015 across all national commissions as a Programme Manager, Programme Director and as part of the Heath Innovation Network Senior Team. It was here that he developed his passion for spread and adoption as both art and science. Since 2021, Stuart has been part of the Heath Innovation Network central team, joining as National Programme Director, leading the spread of the rapid uptake products and Medtech Funding Mandate products.
Within the Heath Innovation Network central team, Stuart is responsible for overseeing delivery of our AAC partnership programmes, focused on the spread and adoption of NICE approved technologies.
