The pack curates a wide range of resources from a range of organisations, structured under the following sections:
Staying well – Lots of useful information in digestible formats including wellbeing guides on a range of topics, a kindness activity pack and mind and body wellbeing guides.
Mindfulness – A selection of calming activities for creativity, mindfulness, and relaxation.
Mental health – A fun way for you and your team to scale your mood, short videos offering simple wellbeing techniques, and learn how to be kind to your mind.
Body movement – Pilates you can do at your desk, a gym-free work out and a full-body resistance band workout you can do in your living room.
Support – Financial wellbeing information, guides to help with cost of living challenges, and boost your approach to coaching conversations with your team.
